Every lead is matched only after we verify the ZIP code, confirm the service type, and check the contact info. Fake leads and simple price-shopping requests never get matched. If you spot spam, report it and you’ll get an immediate refund or credit.
You can set your capacity in your profile (monthly lead count, vacation dates). Once you’re at capacity, new matching pauses automatically. You run it at your own pace.
Strict is good for you. You never compete in the same pool as companies that couldn’t pass verification. You’re working in a market made up of trusted contractors only.
KHS is built around Korean-speaking contractors. English-only contractors aren’t a fit. Contractors fluent in both Korean and English (1.5 or 2nd generation) are welcome.
No. Each lead is matched to a verified contractor in your area. Matching is based on tier, service area, and response speed, so the best contractors naturally get more leads.
