About David
I’ve been roofing in Atlanta since 2020, with Southern Integrity Roofing. I actually started out headed toward insurance, studying for the P&C license. I took the exam three times and missed it by one point the last time. It stung then, but looking back, that insurance study became my biggest weapon. I know exactly how roof insurance claims really work.
My first 6 months, I knocked on doors with nothing to show for it. I worked at Amazon during the day and learned roofing on my own time. Now when I get up on a roof, homeowners ask me, “How did you spot that so fast?” There’s no trick. I’ve just seen enough roofs to know where the problems hide.
I care more about being honest than being smooth. I won’t invent damage that isn’t there, and I show you every real problem in photos.
What I Catch That Others Miss
The spots cheap contractors rush through are exactly where the big bills show up later.
Flashing
This is around chimneys, valleys, and where walls meet the roof. Seal it cheap and it leaks again in the same spot before long. You can’t patch one corner, you have to redo the whole section right.
Pipe Boots
Cheap crews just smear silicone on top. I’ve seen boots sitting on a pipe with no nails at all. One strong wind and the shingles around it rip off with it.
Decking + Underlayment
Swapping shingles over a nail hole and calling it done isn’t enough. You have to check the wood decking and the waterproof underlayment underneath. That’s the only real fix.
Insurance Claims
I studied for an insurance license, so I know exactly how claims work. I know which carriers approve repairs and which ones push back, and I fight for you accordingly.

Real Customer Reviews
⭐ Rating Breakdown (out of 5)
“We first called about a clogged gutter, but he checked the whole roof and found real damage. He consulted with us in Korean and even helped with the insurance claim. We’re so grateful.”
“We got quotes from several cheap places, but David showed us in photos why his price was what it was. Doing it right ended up cheaper in the end.”
Honesty Is the Skill
Last year I went to a house and told the owner straight, "You don't have hail damage." Another company came after me and tried to manufacture damage that wasn't there to file an insurance claim. It didn't go through, and that homeowner came back to me. I fixed the roof honestly. I don't manufacture claims.
